this afternoon my friend smsed me:
wanna zouk tomorrow night?
and i replied:
dowan la..lazy.
and it was only after i pressed the send button before realizing how gross that made me sound.
where got lazy to club one you tell me!
back in my teenage years (OH MAN I SOUND REALLY OLD), a sms like that would have been replied with an enthusiastic "OK!" followed by scrolling through my handphone numbers for people to jio, at the same time wondering which tube tops to wear with what jeans.
but now, all i can reply is that i'm LAZY.
i'm horrified by how ah ma-ish i'm becoming. i rather choose to stay home and nua than to go zouk and haps around.
it would have been fun to relive my mambo/phuture days but somehow the idea right now doesn't sound very appealing to me.
and to think jen and jasmine called me a chiongster queen. i'm like FAR from that can. you guys are the true blue chiongsters la. i retire already. hur hur.
