fireworks!!!!

i went to watch fireworks at River Hongbao today with the bf!! it was absolutely breathtaking even though it lasted for like...5 mins? i lurrrrrrveeeeeeee fireworks. i will marry anyone on the spot right now who would proposed to me with 1 hour of fireworks display in the background.

ok maybe not just anyone. and maybe not 1 hour la. that's too long. 15 mins works for me :)

btw the fireworks look much much better than those above. that was taken with jeremy's camera phone. i forgot to bring my new sony cybershot!!! boohooooooooooooooo. it's like 6 mega pixels!!! :(

met up with the AC doods at derrick's place last night (as usual). played some texas holdem (according to lam) game and i lost freaking $10!!!! ok $9.30 to be exact. to smelly gao somemore. but i promised to pay him back through pepper lunch. hur hur. it wasn't really fair coz most of us were clueless throughout the game. esp me and gao. there was this round we were both just happily throwing in money thinking we were gonna win. and it turned out that we were playing it wrongly but stupid gao's cards were lucky enough to form some sort of pattern which the game required. so yup. that was the round i lost $9.30 to him. BAHHHH.

it's a confusing game can. gimme blackjack anytime man. but i lost $2 in blackjack too. BOOHOOO. i shall not gamble anymore. i didn't get a single freaking 21 at all!!! :(

shall upload photos soon. another gathering at junior's place tmr n i'm wondering if i should go. i have SO MUCH WORK PILING UP!!!! before u know it it's mid term break already. SO FREAKING FAST CAN!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. i've yet to start on my ism and i have 2 presentations and a 5000 word essay due before the recess week. on top of that i still got some family and canoeing problems to worry about.

oh well. hopefully church this coming sunday will do me some good.

what will make me weaker will only make me strongerrrrrrrrrr :)
