so it's almost the end of my leave (6 hrs more!), i feel like i'm back to school, having one of those one week breaks and u feel the great inertia at the end of it when it's time to head back to lessons. except this time round, instead of skipping sch tmr if i still feel in a holidayish mood, i have no choice but to head back to work. baaah. but then again, it isn't so bad since it just means time will pass faster. just 6 more weeks to go till my next leave, which happened to be christmas too, so yay.

but i guess christmas this year will be slightly different since my mom won't be around and there won't be a christmas tree too. boo :( apparently we can't celebrate any festive seasons in our home for 100 days or something. which means no chinese new year next year too. oh well.

so the last 5 days of nua-ing was pretty well spent, mostly with the bf, and the nus lao laos who happened to be on leave too. lots of eating out, movies and wasting time. i like :) did some shopping with the bf too and i think i spent close to 300 in these 5 days. yikes. that kind of money probably could have brought us on a short trip to KL or something.

played some board games at settlers cafe last night for about 4 hours with the nus peeps too. spent quite alot of time on this game which i can't rem the name. it was some strategic game played in pairs (there were 10 of us), where we basically plot against one another and try to get ourselves over to the opposite island asap by building planks and stones and planning our moves. that was the main aim la, but we ended up playing defense and just keep blocking/destroying paths/planks/stones. damn funny la cos we kept anticipating each other's moves. hurhur. i should get one of those games and play at someone's place or sth. i think it would be alot cheaper. anyhow it was quite a fun experience cos we played violent games too. tsk. not wise to play violent games with canoeists (see la felix).

had lunch with my daddy today and i think he's coping fine. walked around with the bf in town after that and i had this sudden impulse to get myself a Nintendo Wii.looks damn fun leh. anyone wanna donate to my Wii fund pls let me know. i promise to let u come to my place as and when u feel like playing. hur. maybe i should ask if my daddy wanna sponsor :p it's like $600 +++++. yikes. maybe i should buy one less bag and get a Wii for christmas instead.

was talking to the best friend gao and we're planning a trip up to adeleide/melbourne next april too to find lampeeeee. more money to set aside. sighhh. LIYAAAANNN!! haven't seen u online lehs. u must come tooooo so make yourself free mid april k.

and i'm thinking of taking up golf lessons with my brother starting next sat onwards. also attempting to run more in preparation for my dreaded 42km on 2nd Dec. so many things to do, so little time.

busy november ahead. 3 weeks to dec, 6 weeks to christmas, 7 weeks till end 2007. let's go xh.
